About the Role:

Abias Capital is expanding its team in Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad. We are onboarding 30 self-motivated Financial Planning Associates (FPAs) for a flexible, part-time engagement.

This role is completely tailored for individuals who require high autonomy. You will have the freedom to design your own schedule while gaining direct access to comprehensive financial products and back-end support. Your primary focus will be establishing connection channels, identifying investment needs, and bringing high-value portfolios into the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard retail clients and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) across the region.

Portfolio Management: Understand the unique financial goals, risk tolerances,



and investment horizons of clients to introduce them to appropriate corporate financial solutions.

Relationship Management: Maintain deep, consistent, and professional long-term relationships with your client base to ensure portfolio retention, trust, and organic referrals.

Market Networking: Leverage personal networks, social media channels, local events, and corporate circles to drive strategic business growth for the firm.
