*We're Hiring: Sales Manager*

RN Valves & Faucets offers a complete range of valves, CP fittings, PTMT faucets and bathroom solutions under one roof.

As we strengthen our market presence, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across our dealer network.

*What you'll do:*

- Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets

- Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned regions

- Expand the dealer and distributor network and strengthen existing partnerships

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors

- Plan dealer meets and market activations

- Monitor sales performance and competitor activity

*What we're looking for:*

- 7+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials,



including team-handling experience

- Master's degree (MBA preferred)

- Strong network of dealers and distributors

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

*Location:* Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based with market/region visits as required
