offline training and servicing processes

for POSP agents. Develop and maintain a strong local agent network. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work independently to achieve business objectives. Achieve

monthly sales targets . Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive the agency channel with ownership. Candidates with a

Motor Insurance background

and hands-on experience in the agency vertical of a general insurance company or insurance brokerage firm will be preferred.

Eligibility & Requirements Graduation in any stream. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Basic awareness of

Motor & General Insurance . Sales-oriented mindset with the zeal to build a career in insurance sales. 1+ year of relevant experience

preferred. Freshers and candidates from non-insurance backgrounds may also be considered, depending on the requirement.



Willingness to travel and work in a

field-based role . Proficiency in

English, Hindi, and any other local language

is preferred.
