Role Description

The Senior Admission Counsellor – German Language (Nurses for Germany) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.

- Counsel nurses on the German course – levels (A1–B2), structure, time commitment, fees, payment options, and the overall pathway to working in Germany.
- Manage enquiries from social media leads, calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins, and convert them into enrolments.
- Conduct in-person counselling sessions at the Kochi centre, and online sessions for candidates outside Kochi. - Check candidate eligibility (GNM / B.Sc / Post Basic B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing) and prior German level to recommend the right entry point.
- Give accurate, honest information on course outcomes, exam requirements (Goethe / telc)



and post-course costs – without over-promising.
- Follow up with leads regularly on WhatsApp and calls to maximise conversions.
- Coordinate fee collection, enrolment paperwork and handover to the Academic/Training team.
- Maintain records of calls, counselling sessions and lead status in the CRM / lead tracker.
- Work with the Training, Placement and Marketing teams on batch planning, lead quality and candidate feedback.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience counselling nurses for work in Germany (mandatory).
- Proven experience selling German language courses (mandatory).
- Knowledge of the international nursing migration pathway – language levels, recognition process and documentation in Germany Pathway
- Excellent communication in Malayalam and English;
Hindi is an added advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling documents and payments.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Available to join immediately (within 7 days)
