Job Overview We are looking for a

mid-level Sales / Business Development professional

with experience in semiconductor engineering services to drive

bench deployment, new client acquisition, existing account growth and new business requirements .

Key Responsibilities Generate business opportunities for

VLSI / Semiconductor Design Services . Drive

bench sales

by identifying suitable client requirements and opportunities. Acquire

new semiconductor/product company clients

and build long-term relationships. Manage existing client accounts and identify

new projects and resource requirements . Generate and qualify requirements across

RTL, DV, DFT, Physical Design, Analog/Mixed-Signal, Layout and Embedded

domains. Understand client requirements and coordinate with

technical, delivery and recruitment teams

for suitable resources. Drive

resource augmentation, turnkey projects and ODC opportunities . Manage the sales cycle from

lead generation and requirement gathering through proposal, negotiation and closure .



Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve

monthly/quarterly sales targets . Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular follow-ups to develop business relationships.

Required Skills 4–8 years

of experience in

Semiconductor / VLSI / Engineering Services Sales or Business Development . Good understanding of

VLSI/ASIC and semiconductor engineering services . Proven experience in

client acquisition, account management and requirement generation . Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into

business/revenue . Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Existing network within

semiconductor / electronics / product companies

is an advantage. Willingness to travel for

client meetings and business development .
