We are looking for a Full Stack & DevOps Engineer to help build and scale a real-time virtual collaboration platform. You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to scalable product development as well as reliable deployment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Build scalable, real-time features supporting video, audio, and interactive experiences.
- Design and maintain APIs and real-time communication systems using WebSockets/WebRTC.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment systems on AWS or GCP.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous technical improvements.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience with React and modern web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with WebSockets, WebRTC, or real-time systems.
- Experience working with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is a plus.
- Comfortable working in small, fast-paced teams with robust ownership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, or message queues.
- Prior experience working in startups or early-stage product teams.
