Legalogic is looking for tax professionals with at least 4 years of consulting experience in i) Corporate tax & M&A; advisory and ii) cross-border taxation to join its tax team. The candidate should have a solution-oriented approach to solving tax problems. This profile is based at Pune with "work from office" first approch.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliverable Ownership: Independently draft and finalize advisory memos, opinions, structure papers, executive presentations, and Excel-based financial/tax models, with minimal supervision.
- Technical Research: Lead complex research and independently form well-reasoned positions across Income Tax, FEMA, GST, Companies Act, Stamp Duty, SEBI (where applicable) and related statutes.
- Finding solutions: Conceptualise solutions for structuring M&A; transactions, corporate restructuring, and cross-border investments.
- Client & Project Management: Own end-to-end execution of assignments, manage timelines, coordinate with clients, cross-functional internal teams, and external experts. Act as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise,



guide, and develop 1–3 junior team members. Ensure quality control and knowledge transfer within the team.

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in cross-border tax, corporate tax, or transaction tax advisory.
- Strong technical expertise in direct tax and international tax. Working knowledge of GST, FEMA, and Companies Act provisions.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing client relationships and leading assignment execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical positions clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong orientation toward leveraging AI/technology tools for research, drafting, and efficiency.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with solid stakeholder management skills.
