Job Summary
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, Zirakpur, is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a strong focus on e-commerce growth, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for e-commerce.
Plan, launch, monitor, and scale performance marketing campaigns.
Drive conversions, revenue, and improve ROAS .
Manage prospecting, retargeting, and audience segmentation campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies.
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC , and conversion rates.
Test and optimize different creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.




Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with management.
Stay updated with Meta Ads features, trends, policies, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements
3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
Strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing .
Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion tracking.
Proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and managing ad budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Ability to work with data and make performance-based decisions.
