Clinical Research Associate (Freshers & Final-Year Students) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Organization: Clinogenesis Research Organization Department: Clinical Operations Type: Full-Time / Internship Track | Freshers Only About the Role Clinogenesis Research Organization is offering an exceptional career-launch opportunity for life science graduates and final-year students in Bengaluru to step into the clinical research industry. As a junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will train directly under senior clinical operations experts, mastering site management, regulatory standards, and trial documentation from day one. Key Responsibilities Trial Documentation & Site Files: Assist in maintaining investigator site files (ISFs), essential regulatory documents, and case report forms (CRFs) with high accuracy. Site Coordination Support: Support day-to-day on-site or remote coordination of clinical trial activities under senior supervision. Protocol & Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure all clinical workflows rigorously adhere to ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice), local regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. Patient & Investigator Liaison: Assist with investigator support tasks and participant coordination logistics. Continuous Learning:



Actively participate in clinical operations training modules, departmental reviews, and protocol workshops. Eligibility Criteria Education: Completed or currently pursuing a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Biochemistry, or equivalent healthcare/pharmaceutical fields. Experience: Strictly for freshers and recent graduates/final-year students looking to break into clinical research. (Candidates with prior commercial CRA experience are not eligible). Core Competencies: Solid verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional attention to detail and organized documentation habits. Basic foundational awareness of clinical trials, human physiology, and research ethics.High eagerness to learn, adapt, and build a long-term career in clinical research operations.
