Functional to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a Managed Services (AMS) environment. This role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and seamless benefits administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.

Required Skills & experience: The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
