About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience

to join our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

visual communication, branding, typography, layout design and digital marketing creatives , with the ability to create engaging designs for

social media, video content, website banners, ad creatives, digital campaigns, print materials and other marketing collateral .

The candidate should be able to develop creative ideas, maintain brand consistency and transform marketing requirements into visually appealing designs that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing designs for

social media posts, website banners, advertisements, digital campaigns and marketing materials . Design

brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, banners, business collateral and other print and digital assets . Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on marketing objectives and campaign requirements. Create

brand identity materials including logos, brand assets, templates and visual guidelines . Ensure consistency of brand colours, typography, imagery and design style across all marketing channels. Create promotional posters, campaign creatives and event-related marketing designs. Design and edit

short-form videos, reels, promotional videos and social media video content . Use AI-based design and video editing tools to enhance creativity, efficiency and content production. Create motion graphics,



animations and engaging visual content where required. Work on

website graphics, landing page visuals, UI elements and digital design assets . Collaborate with the marketing, content and business teams to understand campaign goals and create effective designs. Translate written content and briefs into creative visual concepts. Maintain and organise design files, templates and brand assets for future use. Review designs for accuracy, quality and consistency before publishing. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Make design improvements based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders. Stay updated with current

graphic design trends, social media trends, AI design tools and digital marketing practices .

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience is mandatory. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, branding, logo design, poster design and digital creatives . Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other graphic design software . Experience with

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and CorelDRAW

will be an advantage. Strong understanding of

typography, colour theory, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy . Experience creating

social media graphics, advertising creatives,



marketing campaigns and promotional materials . Knowledge of

branding principles and ability to create consistent visual identities . Experience in

logo design and developing brand assets . Video editing skills with experience creating

reels, promotional videos and short-form content . Experience using

AI tools for image generation, video creation and editing workflows . Basic understanding of

UI/UX and website design principles

is desirable. Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design quality. Positive communication skills and ability to understand and implement feedback. Ability to manage multiple projects and work within strict deadlines.
