Position : Senior Interior Designer/Architect

Looking for a fulltime candidate for the position of a Senior Interior Designer at an Interior Design Firm .

We are looking for a detail oriented candidate with a strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for art, design and interiors!

Job pre-requisites:

1. Qualified degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
2. Must have 4+ years of post-graduate work experience on residential (independent homes, villas & apartments), and commercial (Hospitality & retail) Interior projects in India is required.
3. Must know how to generate GFC drawings.
4. Ability to generate and maintain a BOQ .
5. Must generate and maintain project work schedules .
6. Ability to issue electrical drawings .
7.



Must have knowledge of Lighting design.
8. Must have experience designing and detailing custom millwork .
9. Efficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
10. Efficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign & Photoshop.
11. Must be thorough in sketchup for 3D Modelling.
12. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
13. Must have a good sense of furniture and interior fitouts.
14. Must be proficient with researching and resourcing materials, processes and
applications in the field in interior design & architecture.
15. Currently living in/near Bangalore or open to relocating.
16.Must be articulate in English and Hindi, Kannada is a plus!
