System Administrator

(Contract to hire) nto manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, virtualization platforms, backup environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and associated network operations. Location:

Key Responsibilities • Administer

Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Services and DNS • Manage and troubleshoot

VMware and Hyper-V

environments • Manage enterprise

backup and recovery solutions,



including Veeam • Support

data centre operations

and ensure high system availability • Provide

L2 network support , including troubleshooting of connectivity and network-related issues • Support and administer

firewalls

and related security configurations • Manage

Microsoft 365 administration, security and compliance • Handle system incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and timely resolution • Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, SOPs and operational records • Support IT processes and documentation aligned with

ISO 27001:2022

requirements • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system-related issues and activities Preferred Profile • BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in

Computer Science / IT •

3 to 6 years

of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Operations • Solid hands-on knowledge of

Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam and Microsoft 365 • Working knowledge of

firewalls and L2 networking •

CCNA, MCSE or similar certifications

will be preferred • Good understanding of IT security and

ISO 27001:2022
