US Business Development / Accounts Executive

to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with US staffing clients. Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads. Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements. Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs. Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements: 1+ year of experience in

US Staffing / Recruitment Business Development or Account Management

preferred. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client-handling and negotiation skills. Willingness to work in the

US night shift . Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
