Role Description This is a full-time, in office Primary Teacher role based in Noida. The Primary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum for elementary-grade learners, using Schoolcanvas.Com tools where appropriate. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, teaching core subjects, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.



The role involves collaborating with school leadership and colleagues to support academic goals, contributing to co-curricular activities, and participating in staff meetings and training sessions. The teacher will also maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessments, and support a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching and Primary Education skills, with experience managing young learners in classroom settings.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education practices, including lesson planning and assessment design.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field;
a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate pedagogical methods, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Ability to use digital tools and school management systems to support teaching, reporting, and parent communication.
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
- Prior experience as a primary/elementary teacher in a school setting is an advantage.
