About the Role We are looking for an experienced

General Manager – Learning & Organizational Development

to lead the Company’s leadership development, capability-building and organizational development initiatives. The role will focus on building scalable L&D; frameworks, strengthening the leadership pipeline and driving measurable learning impact.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of

leadership development programs

for emerging, mid-level and senior leaders. Develop and implement

L&D; strategy and frameworks

aligned with business and talent priorities. Drive

learning effectiveness and impact measurement

using structured evaluation frameworks. Lead the development and implementation of

role-based competency frameworks

across the Company. Manage

360-degree feedback and Assessment Center

processes for leadership and talent development. Partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders to identify

capability gaps and training needs . Drive

Hi-Po development, succession planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) . Lead content strategy and ensure quality of

instructional design, learning content and facilitator standards .



Facilitate leadership programs and build internal facilitation capability within the L&D; team. Establish and monitor

L&D; dashboards, analytics and impact reports . Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure effective adoption of L&D; initiatives. Lead, mentor and develop the L&D; team to build a high-performing function.

Key Success Metrics Leadership program completion and participant engagement. Learning satisfaction and effectiveness. Behavioural impact of leadership interventions. Competency framework adoption across Business Units. Effectiveness of 360-degree and Assessment Center processes. Succession pipeline and IDP progress. Accuracy and timeliness of L&D; reporting and dashboards.

Candidate Requirements 10–15 years of relevant experience

in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development or a related field. Strong experience in

leadership development and capability-building programs . Hands-on expertise in

instructional design and facilitation . Experience in

competency frameworks, 360-degree feedback and Assessment Centers . Solid understanding of

Hi-Po development and succession planning . Excellent

stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills . Strong analytical and people leadership capabilities. Experience managing and developing an L&D; team.
