Position Overview

We are looking for a high-velocity, target-driven

Affiliate Creator Onboarding Specialist

to execute an aggressive creator acquisition campaign across India. This is an

individual contributor role

based in Bangalore with direct responsibility for identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-converting

video creators

who are affiliate-first in nature onto

100% exclusive Divo representation contracts .

Your primary mandate is to

personally onboard 200 high-potential affiliate creators exclusively to Divo within 3 months

and set them up to drive massive

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)

primarily through

YouTube Product Tagging

and

Instagram Shopping/Product Tagging .

Core Responsibilities

1. Hands-On Creator Acquisition (200 Exclusive Creators in 3 Months)

Individual Target Execution:

Personally drive and hit the aggressive goal of acquiring and onboarding

200 affiliate-focused video creators exclusively to Divo within 90 days . 100% Exclusive Contracting:

Pitch, negotiate, and execute exclusive representation contracts, ensuring creators route all their affiliate tagging and commerce monetization purely through Divo. End-to-End Onboarding:

Independently handle the entire pipeline—from cold outreach and pitching Divo’s value proposition to contract execution and account setup.

2. GMV & Product Tagging Monetization

Video Creator Sourcing:

Target and acquire creators specializing in high-converting video content (unboxing, product reviews, haul videos, lifestyle, tech, beauty, fashion) ideal for

YouTube Product Tagging

and

Instagram Shopping .

GMV Activation:





Ensure onboarded creators have solid audience purchasing intent to drive high Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for partner e-commerce brands and platforms.

Platform Setup Support:

Onboard and guide creators on setting up and activating YouTube Shopping features and Instagram product-tagging tools to begin generating commerce revenue immediately.

3. Pan-India Pipeline Management

Pan-India Sourcing:

Scout and acquire affiliate-centric video talent across all key language markets (Hindi, South Regional, and Tier A/B/C markets). Pipeline Tracking:

Independently maintain a structured CRM pipeline to track lead outreach, conversion status, and expected GMV output per creator.

Individual Onboarding Volume:

Personally onboard

200 exclusive affiliate creators within 3 months . GMV Velocity:

Total Gross Merchandise Value generated across onboarded creators via YouTube & Instagram product tagging. Product Tagging Adoption Rate:

% of onboarded creators actively utilizing YouTube and Instagram product tagging within their first 30 days. 100% Exclusivity Rate:

Total compliance on exclusive contract execution across all onboarded talent.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in

Affiliate Marketing, Creator Acquisition, MCN Talent Sourcing, or E-commerce Creator Growth . Individual Contributor Mindset:

Strong self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting high-volume targets independently without relying on a team. Affiliate & Tagging Expertise:

Deep understanding of affiliate commerce models,

YouTube Product Tagging, Instagram Shopping , commission structures, and GMV drivers. Pan-India Sourcing Network:

Proven capability to source and pitch video creators across Hindi, South, and regional Indian language markets. Pitching & Negotiation:

Exceptional persuasive and deal-closing skills to convince creators of the revenue potential of exclusive affiliate partnerships with Divo.
