We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Promote and sell career-focused courses such as Data Analytics, AWS & DevOps, Salesforce, and other professional programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, training methodology, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Participate in counselling sessions, seminars,



promotional activities, and admission campaigns.
- Stay updated about Arbor Academy's courses, programs, and relevant industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3 Months –1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or EdTech.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools.
- Prior experience in the EdTech, education, or training industry will be an added advantage.
