Project Manager

Location: [India/Remote/Hybrid]

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Prior experience in the Gaming, Casino, iGaming, or Sports Betting industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project progress and performance using established KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure projects align with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful project execution.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

PLUS to have Qualifications

- Experience working in the Gaming, Casino, iGaming, Lottery, Sports Betting, or Interactive Entertainment industry .
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
- Experience managing distributed and global teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within gaming environments.
