LEAD / SENIOR DESIGNER

We're looking for a Lead / Senior Designer to join our team and help bring exciting projects to life.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and thoughtful design narrative.

n

Develop design presentations, drawings and specifications.

n

Coordinate with clients throughout the project - understand their vision, present design proposals, manage feedback and ensure approvals at key stages.

n

Work closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is translated on site.

n

Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a team-oriented and creative studio culture.

n

Oversee material selection, custom design development and detailing.

n





Ensure projects are delivered with a high level of design quality, creativity and technical accuracy.

n

REQUIREMENTS

n

5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects (preferably high-end residential and/or hospitality.

n

Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and a passion for creating meaningful spaces.

n

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

n

Excellent client coordination, communication and presentation skills.

n

Good technical knowledge of materials, finishes and construction detailing

n

A proactive attitude, ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as within a team.
