- Position: Regional Sales Manager
- Location: Travel-based – Chennai, Kerala, Bangalore, Hyderabad & selected parts of North India
- Experience: Sales & Marketing experience preferred (Must in Fruits and FMCG Products)
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Languages Required: Tamil, English & Hindi

About the Role

- We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to promote and sell our range of high-quality fresh berries and premium jam products

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing activities for fresh Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry and Raspberry.
- Promote and sell our Jam bottles to retailers, distributors, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and other potential customers.
- Identify new customers and develop strong business relationships.
- Visit customers regularly and generate recent sales opportunities.
- Manage sales activities across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and selected North Indian cities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share market updates with management.
- Coordinate with the production and distribution teams to ensure timely product supply.

- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Good customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for sales and marketing activities.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
- Any Degree.
- Must be fluent in Tamil, English and Hindi
- Hindi knowledge is mandatory for North India market development.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food products, fresh fruits/berries or similar industries will be an added advantage.
