We are looking for a

Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Team Lead

with strong hands-on expertise in

ServiceNow IRM/GRC and TPRM implementations . The consultant should have strong ServiceNow technical development capabilities, experience leading development teams and the ability to independently drive solution design and implementation.

The role requires travel to Vietnam for a couple of months, so willingness to work onsite in Vietnam during the required period is essential.

Requirements 10–12 years of overall ServiceNow platform experience , with strong hands-on technical/development expertise. 2–3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC and TPRM implementation experience. Experience delivering

full-cycle ServiceNow IRM/TPRM implementations

is strongly preferred. Strong hands-on expertise in

Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Operational Risk, Issues Management, Controls and Continuous Monitoring . Strong

TPRM

experience covering third-party/vendor assessments, due diligence, supplier risk lifecycle,



remediation workflows and risk scoring. Strong technical expertise in

JavaScript, ServiceNow Data Model, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Security/ACLs, Update Sets/CI-CD and Scoped Applications . Strong integration experience with

REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow Integration Hub . Proven experience

leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams , conducting technical/design reviews and driving delivery quality. Strong stakeholder-facing capabilities with the ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to senior stakeholders. Must be comfortable travelling to Vietnam and working onsite for a couple of months as required by the project. Mandatory certifications:

ServiceNow

CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-IRM/Risk & Compliance and CIS-TPRM . CTA and certifications such as

CISSP, CRISC or CISA

are preferred.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of

ServiceNow IRM/GRC and TPRM solutions . Drive implementation across

Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Operational Risk, Issues Management, Controls Testing and Regulatory Compliance . Lead

TPRM/Vendor Risk

capabilities including vendor onboarding, assessments, due diligence, risk scoring, remediation and third-party lifecycle management. Provide hands-on technical leadership across

JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, ACLs, scoped applications and ServiceNow platform architecture . Lead technical workshops, requirement discussions,



solution design and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders. Guide and mentor ServiceNow developers, perform

code/design reviews

and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards. Design and support integrations using

REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth, SSO/SAML and Integration Hub . Own technical delivery from design and development through

testing, UAT, deployment and production support . Manage technical risks, estimation and planning while ensuring overall delivery quality.
