Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customs brokers for smooth clearance of shipments.
Prepare pre-shipment documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Manage post-shipment activities including insurance claims processing and freight negotiations.
Monitor shipment status regularly to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage export shipments and track OTS ratio
