Job Summary

Aquarius is looking for an experienced Supervisor Logistics to supervise the protected loading, positioning, lashing, and dispatch of batching plants, booms, machinery, and heavy equipment on trailers and transport vehicles.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper load distribution, secure securing of equipment, compliance with loading and lifting procedures, and accurate dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise loading and lashing of batching plants, booms, and heavy equipment.
Ensure correct positioning and load distribution on trailers.
Ensure equipment is properly secured before transportation.
Inspect trailers, lifting tools, chains, belts, shackles, and lashing accessories before use.
Ensure compliance with loading, lifting,



and safety procedures.
Verify equipment, loose items, and dispatch documents before vehicle release.
Maintain loading and dispatch checklists.
Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment damage, or loading issues.
Coordinate with transporters and internal departments to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in loading and lashing heavy engineering equipment.
Practical knowledge of

Hydra operations
