Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced qualified for Pattern Maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the proper condition and dimensional accuracy of patterns used in casting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry patterns.
Carry out pattern repair, modification, and correction as required.
Ensure patterns are properly maintained and available for production.
Coordinate with Production and Foundry teams for requirements.
Identify issues and take corrective action.
Maintain records of repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
Follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills




Hands-on experience in foundry pattern maintenance.
Knowledge of pattern repair, modification, and fitting work.
Understanding of basic mechanical measurements and dimensional accuracy.
Ability to troubleshoot pattern-related problems.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
Silvassa, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
