Job Responsibilities

: Assist the merchandising team with day-to-day activities and order follow-ups. Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and other departments.

Maintain order details, product information, and reports.

Update and manage data using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets and Google Sheets.

Follow up on samples, materials, production status, and deliveries.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Support the Senior Merchandiser in meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Basic to valuable knowledge of Excel/Spreadsheets and Google Sheets.

Valuable attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and data.

Organized, proactive, and responsible attitude.
