Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Candidate will be responsible for driving automation initiatives within the Payroll function by identifying process improvement prospects and developing technology-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

2.The role requires hands-on experience in SQL for data analysis and reporting, Microsoft Power Apps for application development, and automated testing tools to validate and maintain automation solutions.

3.The candidate will work closely with Payroll Operations, business stakeholders, and management to gather automation requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, track project progress,



and ensure timely implementation of automation initiatives.

4.The role also involves preparing technical documentation, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), monitoring deployed solutions, and resolving automation-related issues. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Prior experience or domain knowledge in payroll processes, HR operations, or shared services will be a distinct advantage.
