We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Faculty to conduct part-time classes for students pursuing Human Resource Management and related programs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging online and offline classes.
Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and learning materials.
Teach HR and related management subjects.
Conduct assignments, activities, and assessments.
Clarify students' academic doubts and provide proper guidance.
Maintain an interactive and skilled learning environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates with a Degree, Master's Degree, Diploma, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management / HR / Business Management or a related field can apply.




Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Teaching, training, or industry experience in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.
Good command of English and Malayalam is preferred.

Work Schedule
Part time
Flexible working hours based on batch requirements.
Classes may be conducted on weekdays or weekends.
