Job Title: NPD Executive – Nutraceuticals

Job Summary:We are looking for an NPD (New Product Development) Executive for the Nutraceutical division who will be responsible for developing current products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and ensuring products meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and develop current nutraceutical products and formulations.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new product opportunities.

· Coordinate with R&D;, production, procurement, and quality teams for product development activities.

· Prepare and maintain product documentation, formulation details, and development records.

· Coordinate product trials, stability studies, and sample evaluations.

· Ensure products comply with regulatory guidelines and company standards.

· Source and evaluate raw materials and ingredients for product development.





· Monitor competitor products and suggest innovative ideas.

· Support product launch activities and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in , Food Technology, Nutrition.

· 1 –3 years of experience in NPD, preferably in nutraceutical, , or healthcare industry.

· Knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and regulatory requirements.

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

· Strong analytical and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of product formulation and stability studies.

· Understanding of market trends in nutraceutical products.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
