Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
Supervise nursing managers, supervisors, and nursing staff across all departments.
Plan staffing requirements, duty schedules, and effective allocation of nursing resources.
Monitor nursing performance, patient satisfaction, safety standards, and quality improvement activities.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments for smooth healthcare operations.
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and professional development programs.
Ensure proper maintenance of nursing records, reports, equipment, and medical supplies.
