Responsibilities
Manage daily hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.
Monitor staff performance, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulations.
Implement SOPs and improve operational processes.
Prepare MIS reports and monitor KPIs.
Manage resources, vendors, and operational expenses.
Handle operational issues and support management in decision-making.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in hospital operations/administration.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Knowledge of NABH and healthcare compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Good problem-solving and team management abilities.
