PASTEURIZATION TECHNICIAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PASTEURIZATION / PROCESSING PLANT
Looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians with hands-on experience in dairy, milk processing, or similar food processing plants, particularly in pasteurization and thermal processing systems.
The selected candidates will support the operation and maintenance of equipment for our Liquid Egg Processing Project.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production and processing equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot pasteurization, heating, cooling, and evaporation systems.
Maintain heat exchangers, pumps, valves, pipelines, tanks, and related process equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults in production lines.
Support maintenance of CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems and hygienic processing equipment.
Perform routine inspections and identify equipment issues before breakdowns occur.
Support installation,



commissioning, and maintenance of processing equipment.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently and minimize production downtime.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and maintenance procedures.
Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a dairy, milk processing, pasteurization, or similar food processing plant.
Hands-on experience with pasteurizers, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, heating, cooling, and evaporation systems.
Experience with CIP systems is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair production/process equipment.
Experience in liquid food processing plants will be highly preferred.
