– Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager – HotelFor Purchase Manager: Additionally responsible for vendor management, team supervision, procurement planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, and overall cost control.
Handle procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping items, stationery, maintenance materials, and other hotel supplies.
Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations.
Negotiate price, quality, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with Stores, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounts, and other departments.
Ensure timely delivery and proper quality of purchased items.
Maintain vendor records, purchase documents, and inventory-related records.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving prospects.
Resolve supplier issues regarding quality, quantity, and delivery.
Ensure purchases follow hotel policies and approval procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
