PURCHASE ASSOCIATE

As a Purchase Associate at MAGIC LAMPS, you will handle product sourcing, vendor coordination,

purchasing, inventory planning, and purchase documentation. You will coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely procurement, stock availability, and smooth purchase operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Source products and coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, MOQ, and delivery terms.

● Plan and process purchases based on sales, stock levels, and product requirements.

● Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors until delivery.

● Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery and resolve logistics issues.

● Monitor inventory, identify low/slow-moving stock,



and support purchase planning.

● Verify purchase invoices, coordinate bill processing, and maintain proper documentation.

● Coordinate with Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Warehouse, and Sales teams.

● Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities and reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
