Job Responsibilities

 Handle procurement of mechanical materials, components, consumables, and production requirements.

 Identify and coordinate with suitable suppliers and vendors.

 Obtain quotations, compare prices, and support purchase decisions.

 Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation.

 Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and material requirements.

 Coordinate with stores, production, QC, and accounts departments for procurement activities.

 Maintain purchase records, supplier details, quotations, and order status.

 Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement as per production requirements.

Required Skills

 Mechanical engineering background.





 Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchase activities.

 Valuable computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

 Basic knowledge of mechanical materials and industrial components.

 Valuable negotiation, follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.

 Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements effectively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
