Position: Route Sales Man

Location: Kottarakkara Depot (Covering assigned local routes in Kollam district)

Employment Type: Full time (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Bulk Route Delivery & Sales: Travel on assigned daily delivery truck routes around Kottarakkara/Kollam to supply wholesale buyers, supermarkets, and large retail outlets with rice products.
Spot Sales & Order Execution: Deliver scheduled orders, pitch additional stock directly from the truck, and maximize load clearance on every trip.
Inventory & Stock Reconciliation: Manage physical stock loaded onto the truck, account for bag counts/weights, prevent product damage, and reconcile daily balance stock.
Cash & Payment Settlement: Collect cash and digital payments upon delivery and complete daily financial settlement with the depot team.
Relationship Building: Maintain solid rapport with local traders, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.





Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG bulk sales, wholesale distribution, or heavy product route sales (rice, flour, grain, or beverage distribution experience preferred).
Physical Capability & Stamina: Comfortable handling field sales operations tied to heavy goods and lorry/truck distribution routes.
Skills: Excellent route knowledge of Kottarakkara and surrounding Kollam areas, robust mental math skills for rapid bill calculation, and effective communication in Malayalam.
Education: 10th / Plus Two (12th) or above.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive Fixed Salary + Daily Allowance (DA) + Sales Performance Incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
