5–10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas and Refinery industry.
Robust technical knowledge of mechanical engineering operations and maintenance.
Hands-on experience in refinery and oil & gas projects.
Proven ability to lead, manage and coordinate teams effectively.
Robust problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage work activities and ensure timely execution.
