nRoles and Responsibilities.

Communicating effectively with customers in person and virtually and meet sales targets.
n
Candidate will be responsible for advising clients on calls on properties.
n
Candidate will be responsible for scheduling site visits.
n
Candidate will be responsible for presenting/briefing property details at site.
n
Candidate will be responsible for involving in negotiation and closure of sales.
n

nVehicle/Two wheeler is mandatory as the job requires travelling to properties, client places etc,.

nEducational qualification and experience required.

n

Candidate must be a graduate.
n
Proficiency in English is must.
n
Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales in preferred.
n
If you speak Hindi, it's a bonus point.
n

nWe are also expecting applications for this profile from sales manager, area sales manager,



deputy sales manager, territory sales manager, corporate sales manager.

nUpto 50% eligible spot incentives with salary.

nUpto 12% performance based commission on revenue generated starting from day 1, subject to the targets achieved on timely basis.

nThis job can be searched as Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Real estate sales, field sales, B2C sales.

nSalary will be increased every 3 months based on performance.

nFixed weekly offs on Tuesdays( Saturday, Sundays are work days ).
