Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in the Pune Division. The responsibilities include planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, conducting detailed market research to identify opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to strategize outreach efforts, and communicating key insights to drive campaign success.



The role contributes to growing clients' online presence and ensures the productive use of advertising resources.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop competitive strategies
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience in Sales and Marketing to support campaign execution and client engagement
Ability to interpret data analytics to optimize performance campaigns
Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in performance marketing or digital marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
