Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day to prospective real estate clients.
Explain property projects, offers, and available units to potential customers.
Generate leads, follow up with clients, and schedule property visits.
Convince and engage customers through effective communication and sales skills.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Must be currently residing in Pune.
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
