Neelavath Softwares is hiring an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist & Telecalling Executive to manage front-office operations, handle student enquiries and generate walk-ins for our training institute.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in counselling students about our training programs.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, student enquiries and walk-in visitors.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate walk-ins for course counselling.
Explain available training programs, course details and admission procedures.
Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the admission team.
Maintain daily calling reports, lead records and follow-up details.
Manage reception activities and basic office administration.
Achieve daily calling, appointment and walk-in generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge,



including MS Excel.
Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to handle enquiries and convert interested leads into walk-ins.
Previous telecalling or educational counselling experience is an advantage.
