Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire current customers for personal loans, credit cards, and insurance products.
Contact potential customers through calls, references, and other sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Handle customer queries and guide them through the application process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
Ensure proper collection and submission of required customer documents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements




2–3 years of experience in loan sales, credit card sales, insurance sales, NBFC, BFSI, or financial services.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of financial products.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidates Candidates with experience in NBFC/Loan/Banking/Insurance sales will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month + applicable incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
