Role Overview

As a Sales Agent at Helvino Technologies Limited, I am responsible for promoting the company’s digital software solutions, identifying potential clients, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients, including Chamas, churches, SACCOs, schools, NGOs, businesses, and other organizations.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
Explain Helvino’s software solutions and demonstrate how they can help organizations improve efficiency, management, accountability, and record keeping.
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate Helvino solutions based on their operational challenges.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and physical visits.
Build and maintain professional relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
Negotiate with prospective clients and support the conversion of leads into paying customers.




Work toward assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collect and communicate customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions to management.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Support customer onboarding by connecting recent clients with the relevant technical and support teams.
Conduct after-sales follow-ups to promote customer satisfaction, retention, referrals, and additional sales.
Represent Helvino Technologies Limited professionally and promote the company’s brand and solutions in the field.
Prepare regular sales and field reports highlighting achievements, opportunities, and challenges encountered.
