Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess robust functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, HR business processes, and SAP HCM integration. This role involves providing application support, driving continuous improvements, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational HR transformation initiatives.

Education qualification : Bachelors degree in information technology ,Human Resource ,computer science ,Business Administration or related field

SAP Success Factors/or SAP HCM Certification .PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification





Experience in working in multinational organisations and global support models

Experience in collaborating with global headquarters ,external vendors and offshore teams.

Certification, If any

Success Factor -RCM (added Advantage)

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or IT application support settings with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Expertise in Recruiting Management Module

Solid Functional Knowledge of one more success factor module such as:

Employee Central (EC) Module

Learning Management system(LMS)

Onboarding (ONB)
