We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth, lead generation, and sales conversion through paid digital channels. You will manage ad budgets, optimize multi-channel funnels, and analyze performance data to lower acquisition costs

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and supplementary channels. [1, 2]
Conversion & Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot event tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel to ensure reliable attribution. [1]
Budget & ROI Optimization: Monitor KPIs including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and CPL (Cost Per Lead). [1]
A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy hooks, audience segments, and landing page variations to improve conversion rates. [1]
Reporting: Prepare explicit weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights and next-step testing strategies
