Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong exposure to Capital Markets, Broking, Trading, or Settlement Systems. The ideal candidate should have experience managing products in an Agile/Scrum workplace, with an understanding of AI/ML and GenAI-driven products.

Trading / Settlement systems, RMS or Back-office platforms
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities
Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI/ML and GenAI-powered products.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, QA, DevOps and operations teams.
Define product KPIs, success metrics and business outcomes.




Manage product backlog and prioritize features throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with Data Science/ML teams on AI models, features and model performance.
Participate in product discovery, design, development, testing, UAT and launch.
Use Python and SQL for basic data exploration and validation.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for product usage, model performance and business metrics.
Ensure products comply with applicable data governance, security and regulatory requirements.
Conduct requirement walkthroughs, product demos, stakeholder communication and sign-offs.

Candidate Profile
5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
Strong experience in Capital Markets, Broking, Trading, Financial Services or Settlement Systems.
Hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile/Scrum.
Exposure to AI/ML/GenAI products is required.
Positive communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
