We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with robust technical and consulting expertise to lead Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) transformation initiatives, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs. The role will drive TIH adoption and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.

Skills and Areas of Expertise

Technical Skills
Demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, supported by end-to-end implementation experience.
SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder including configuration and deployment
Designing and integrating Skills Frameworks and Job Architecture across the SuccessFactors ecosystem




Experience leading or supporting JPB migrations and Talent Intelligence Hub adoption initiatives
Positive understanding of Talent Modules and other SF modules.

Stakeholder & Consulting Skills
Facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, and design sessions
Deep understanding of Talent Management processes and industry best practices
Expertise in Skills-Based Organization (SBO) concepts and their application within SuccessFactors
Knowledge of Job Architecture design principles, governance models, and implementation considerations
