Production Merchant – Home Décor

We are looking for a

Production Merchant

with 3-5 years of experience in the home décor / manufacturing industry to coordinate orders from confirmation through production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with buyers, production, purchase, quality and dispatch teams. Track orders against committed production and shipment timelines. Ensure raw materials, approvals, specifications and packaging requirements are available on time. Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks. Coordinate quality inspections and ensure buyer requirements are met. Maintain accurate order and production status updates. Follow up across departments to ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.

Requirements: Prior experience in merchandising / production merchandising, preferably in

home décor export manufacturing . Solid follow-up and coordination skills. Good understanding of production processes and order management. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple orders simultaneously.
