Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals.



(75-150+ FTEs) Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR) Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level) Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments. Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities Strong domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior BPO experience. Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx. Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking. Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management. Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.
