and Business stakeholders Key Skills & Experience ✔️ 10+ years of backend/software engineering experience ✔️ 3+ years of hands-on FastAPI development in production environments ✔️ Expert-level Python programming skills ✔️ Robust experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases ✔️ Deep understanding of: Distributed Systems Microservices & Event-driven Architecture SOLID Principles & Design Patterns System Design & Scalability ✔️ Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes ✔️ Proven track record of leading architecture decisions and technical teams ⭐ Nice to Have • Monolith to Microservices migration experience • Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar messaging systems • OAuth2, JWT, API Gateways & Rate Limiting • Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Backend Engineer, or Solution Architect Why Join Us?
